If you weren't sold on Bruce Willis' fifth jaunt into the Die Hard series yet, Fox Studios has nearly three minutes of trailer footage to help you change your mind.
Although this new teaser doesn't heavily elaborate on the story, it still covers enough of the bases, while helpfully reminding you that it's also packing car chases, tons of actions stunts and (apparently) piles of guns.
Unlike previous film Live Free or Die Hard, though, McClane's sidekick will be none other than his estranged super-spy son, as both of them are seen trading some family banter amidst the exploding set pieces.
But thanks to the official trailers' website and press releases, we've got the gist of it right here:
Iconoclastic, take-no-prisoners cop John McClane, for the first time, finds himself on foreign soil after traveling to Moscow to help his wayward son Jack–unaware that Jack is really a highly-trained CIA operative out to stop a nuclear weapons heist. With the Russian underworld in pursuit, and battling a countdown to war, the two McClanes discover that their opposing methods make them unstoppable heroes.
That's good enough for us—and by our count, there really hasn't been a bad Die Hard movie produced yet. We'll see if the series goes five-for-five when A Good Day to Die Hard opens in theaters on February 14th.
